Meet CDS® Jennifer Cosgrove O’Leary!

Jennifer is a Co-Owner/Broker at Greenwich Bay Brokers and an expert in the field of Divorce Real Estate. Jennifer acts as a neutral party in maximizing the equity of a divorcing couple’s real estate assets. Jennifer is specifically trained to provide: expert advice on issues such as property division, tax implications, and the sale or purchase of a home during a divorce; advice on property options available such as buying out one spouse or keeping it as a rental; a structure for the home selling process including the establishment of timelines so there is a clear visible path forward. 

An accomplished REALTOR, Jennifer maintains ongoing recognition on a national, state, and local levels for her achievements in the real estate industry, including her recent Real Trends ranking as one of Rhode Island’s Top 10 Realtors. She is the only Certified Divorce Real Estate agent in the state, and is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller Representative Specialist and Pricing Strategy Advisor. Jennifer leverages her years of interior design experience, as well as her degree in occupational therapy to provide guidance on the critical aesthetic and ease of use elements that are part of the home buying and selling process.
