CERTIFIED DIVORCE SPECIALIST (CDS) PROGRAM AFFILIATE TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate for the Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS) Program. By applying for and participating in the CDS Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before applying.
- Eligibility
To become an affiliate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid Paypal account for commission disbursement.
Agree to promote the CDS Program only to professionals in the legal, financial, mental health, and real estate fields.
Not use deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
- Affiliate Responsibilities
As a CDS Affiliate, you agree to:
Promote the CDS Program in an ethical and professional manner.
Ensure that all referred professionals meet the industry eligibility criteria (legal, financial, mental health, or real estate).
Avoid using spam, false advertising, or any method that may harm the reputation of the CDS Program.
- Commission & Payment Structure
Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on the purchase price of the CDS Program for each successful referral.
A successful referral is defined as a professional who completes their purchase using your unique affiliate link or code and does not request a refund.
Commissions will be paid out on the 15th of each month for transactions completed in the prior month.
Payments will be made via Paypal.
If a refund is issued to a referred individual, the commission for that sale will be deducted from future payments.
- Affiliate Discount Coupons
Each affiliate will be provided with a $75 discount coupon to share with potential referrals.
Coupons are to be used exclusively for eligible professionals (legal, financial, mental health, and real estate fields).
Affiliates are prohibited from using the discount for their own purchase.
- Restrictions
As an affiliate, you may not:
Offer unauthorized discounts beyond the official $75 coupon.
Misrepresent the CDS Program, its benefits, or your role as an affiliate.
Bid on paid advertisements using the CDS brand name (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Engage in deceptive marketing tactics, including but not limited to fake reviews or misleading statements.
Modify or alter official CDS Program branding, logos, or promotional materials without prior approval.
Promote the program to individuals outside the designated professional fields (legal, financial, mental health, or real estate).
- Term & Termination
This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the CDS Affiliate Program.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
If terminated, any outstanding commissions for completed transactions will be paid on the next scheduled payout date.
Affiliates who violate any terms of this Agreement may forfeit their commissions and be removed from the Program without notice.
- Limitation of Liability
The CDS Program is not responsible for:
Any loss of revenue due to program changes, terminations, or modifications.
Any incorrect tracking of referrals due to technical errors beyond reasonable control.
Any taxes or legal obligations related to affiliate earnings.
- Modification of Terms
The CDS Program reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
- Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your application and participating in the CDS Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
