She serves clients throughout the tri-county area, as well as Northern Michigan for vacation and second-home properties. With over 20 years of experience as a landlord, flipper, and property owner, Erica brings a deep, practical understanding of real estate that goes far beyond the average agent.

Outside of real estate, Erica and her husband Ethan enjoy flipping houses together, traveling, spending time up North and hanging out with their rescue dogs. A lifelong philanthropist, she donates a portion of every sale to ocean conservation. Inspired by her neurodivergent son, she is currently writing a children’s book series, Brains That Shine, focused on celebrating how different minds work.
