Johann is a REALTOR® and Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS®) in the Edmonton, AB, Canada area. She started her career in Real Estate in 2011 selling new homes for home builders. She then went on to get licensed to become a REALTOR® to help both buyers and/or sellers of real estate.

She has helped several couples that were divorcing or splitting up. Each scenario was unique in its own way. She found that the extra layer of a dissolving relationship while buying and/or selling a home needed empathy and extra patience.

When she discovered that she could learn more about the divorce process through the Certified Divorce Specialist program, she was all in. She could learn how to better serve her clients with the information from the program.

Together, with other divorce professionals, they can each do our part to make the process of divorce go as smoothly as possible.
She has gone through the divorce process herself. It gives her insight into what a divorcing couple may be experiencing. She can draw from this, which can help in difficult situations.

Johann also brings many soft skills to the table. These include patience, kindness, empathy, and optimism. These skills are important when dealing with clients going through divorce . It can be a very emotional and drawn out process. Coupled with her experience in buying and selling homes for clients, Johann can help make a challenging situation less daunting.
