Meet CDS® Renée Bachman!

Renée Bachman has been active in the world of real estate since 2014. In 2018, she began working with a colleague who specialized in divorce transactions, and it brought to her attention the need for real estate agents with a specialization in divorce. As a result, she obtained a Real Estate Divorce Specialist certification and has since specialized in helping people navigate the home sale and purchase process during and after divorce.

• Renée is a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist, not a lawyer. She is, however, well aware when legal questions arise and refers clients to their attorneys for counsel.
• When selling a divorce house, there are no sides; she does what’s best for the community estate.
• Renée is the point of contact for all matters relating to the sale of real estate.
